Meet the Owner
My name is Joanna and I am the owner of Vistula Professional Services LLC.
I have lived in the USA since 2004, but my story begins in Krakow, Poland, where I was born, grew up, and graduated high school. In high school, I specialized in mathematics and physics before attending the Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology in Krakow, graduating with a degree in architecture.
Unfortunately, European architecture diplomas are not recognized in America, so I began my life here as an antique furniture renovator, and, like many other immigrants, I worked in many other industries such as retail and transportation.
In 2012, I started my first construction business. It was highly successful and allowed me to fulfill the American dream and purchase my first home in Redding, where I now live with my three children.
My responsibilities in Vistula Professional Services LLC include business formation and management, administrative work, bookkeeping, customer service, marketing and social media management, as well as looking for, bidding and negotiating new contracts.
I am very dedicated to my family, but I also embrace knowledge and constantly look for new entrepreneurial opportunities.
